Srimira Exports is manufacturing Dry Meat Savoury and Dry Cured Meat mixed with vegetable dough and grain flour dough. The company has applied for Indian Patent for Dry Meat Savoury and the Patent application number is 66/CHE/2007. The founder Mr. Ramesh Kumar received Austria International Search Report and his International application number applied in India is PCT/IN2007/000568 and Austria application number is WO2008/084497 dated 17/7/2008.

Instant fryums is a tasty, crispy and thin food product. It can be fried in oil and served for eating within one minute. We are specialised and expert in preparing Raw Rice Flour dough fryums and Potato dough fryums. Without dry meat it is vegetarian; with dry meat and it is dry meat savoury. Both are dried in drier and dried under sun for a day. It has a shelf life of five months.
